Virtual PPG

Welcome to the new look Abbey House virtual Patient Participation Group!

We are currently developing our virtual PPG to involve more people to have more say. The purpose of the group is to give patients the opportunity to provide regular feedback on the services they have received from the surgery, and to give an input into the future development of the practice, through 2 way email communication. Our aim as a practice is to provide the best possible experience for all who visit our surgeries and to give our patients a platform to have their voice heard.

By being a member of the virtual group, you will receive periodic surveys as a way to share your views. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved and we look forward to welcoming you on board.
