Patient Participation Group

At Abbey House, we have an active PPG, who meet face-to-face with a GP Partner and a member of the Management Team each quarter.

The purpose of the PPG group is to give patients the opportunity to give feedback on the services provided by the surgery, as well as have input on future practice developments.

Our aim as practice is to provide the best possible experience for everyone who visits our surgeries and give our patients a platform to have their voices heard.
