PRESCRIPTIONS ADVICE
Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made using the following options:
- Via our Online Services
- Via the NHS app
Please be aware that to use our Online Services you will need to collect your login details from either surgery and provide proof of identification. For more information please see our Online Services Information Page.
- Posted in either surgery's collection boxes
We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. This policy is advised by NHS England in order to minimise errors and ensure good practice.
All regular repeat prescriptions are computerised and can be forwarded to the pharmacy of your choice.
Please allow up to two working days for your prescription to be prepared.
Items which are not on your regular repeat prescription listing are not routinely available on request.
