PRESCRIPTIONS ADVICE

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made using the following options:

Please be aware that to use our Online Services you will need to collect your Login Details from the Surgery, with proof of identification. For more information please see our Online Services Information Page.

  • Posted to the surgery
  • Left in the surgeries' collection boxes

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. This policy is advised by NHS England in order to minimise errors and ensure good practice.

All regular repeat prescriptions are computerised and can be forwarded to the pharmacy of your choice. Please allow up to two working days for your prescription to be prepared. Items which are not on your regular repeat prescription listing are not routinely available on request.

Wherever possible please try to call between 11am & 2pm for all prescription queries, please note we cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.
